This Client Service Contract (“Agreement”) is made between PixelsProd LLC (“Service Provider”) and the Client (“Client”) for music recording, production, and related services.

1. Services Provided

PixelsProd LLC agrees to provide the following services:

  • Recording of vocals and/or instruments

  • Beat/production creation

  • Mixing and mastering

  • Sound design, vocal editing, or other requested production services

  • Delivery of project files, stems, or mastered tracks as per the chosen package

2. Payment Terms

4. Delivery

  • Delivery of digital files will occur via email or secure download link.

  • Estimated turnaround:

    • $600 Pack: 5–7 business days

    • $1000 Pack: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery dates may be extended in case of client delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Licensing and Intellectual Property

  • Exclusive licenses transfer full ownership of beats, recordings, and project files to the Client.

  • Non-exclusive licenses allow limited usage as defined in the licensing agreement.

  • Client may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share files beyond the scope of the license without prior consent.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Projects may be canceled before work begins for a full refund.

  • Once work begins, projects are non-refundable, but revisions are included as part of the package.

  • Pre-made products (beats, MIDI kits, samples) are non-refundable after delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information, references, and materials necessary for the project

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Respect the creative and technical process

8. Confidentiality

PixelsProd LLC and the Client agree to keep all project materials, recordings, and communications confidential unless prior written consent is given.

9. Limitation of Liability

PixelsProd LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or misuse of delivered files. Services are provided “as-is” and to professional standards.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Columbia, MO.

11. Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
