1. Custom Services (Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Production)

All custom music services (recording, mixing, mastering, full productions, etc.) are non-refundable once work has begun.

We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction through revisions included in each package:

$600 Essential Record Pack: 2 revision rounds

$1000 Signature Sound Suite: 4 revision rounds

If you are not satisfied with your work, we encourage you to request revisions. Our team will collaborate with you to make adjustments until the agreed-upon revisions are completed.
2. Pre-Made Products (MIDI Kits, Samples, Beats)

Instant downloads are final. Once the file is delivered, we do not offer refunds.

If there is a technical issue with the download (corrupted file or inaccessible link), we will provide a replacement copy promptly.
3. Cancellations

Projects may be canceled before work begins for a full refund.

Once a project has started (recording sessions, mixing, or mastering), cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
