  • Recording vocals and instruments

  • Beat production, mixing, and mastering

  • Sound design, MIDI kits, and pre-made products

  • Songwriting, ghost production, and artist development

  • Exclusive and non-exclusive licensing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All services and products must be purchased through our official website.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at our discretion.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction

  • Custom services include a specific number of revision rounds per package:

    • $600 Essential Record Pack: 2 revisions

    • $1000 Signature Sound Suite: 4 revisions

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide clear, timely feedback to facilitate revisions.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Custom music services are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Pre-made products (MIDI kits, beats, samples) are non-refundable after download.

  • Projects may be canceled for a full refund before work begins.

5. Licensing and Intellectual Property

  • All products and services are protected under copyright.

  • Exclusive licenses transfer full rights to the purchaser, while non-exclusive licenses allow multiple artists to use the same material.

  • Clients may not redistribute or sell any files, beats, or stems without proper licensing.

6. Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered via download links or email.

  • Delivery times vary depending on package and project scope.

  • PixelsProd LLC is not responsible for delays caused by internet issues or client-side problems.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during purchase and communication

  • Respect the intellectual property of PixelsProd LLC and others

  • Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

8. Liability Disclaimer
