PixelsProd LLC – Studio Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to PixelsProd LLC! To ensure a safe, productive, and professional environment, all clients and visitors are expected to follow these rules and guidelines while in our studio.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All recording sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your session time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Payment & Packages

  • Full payment or deposit is required before starting the session.

  • Any additional time, revisions, or services outside the agreed package may incur extra fees.

  • Pre-made products (beats, MIDI kits, samples) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable after download.

3. Studio Conduct

  • Respect the studio space, equipment, and other clients.

  • No smoking, vaping, or drugs are allowed inside the studio.

  • Alcohol is prohibited unless pre-approved for specific projects or events.

  • Offensive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Equipment & Property

  • Handle all studio equipment, instruments, and gear with care.

  • Damages caused by misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

  • Personal equipment may be brought in at your own risk.

5. Recording & Sessions

  • Be prepared for your session (lyrics, instrumentals, melodies, or references).

  • Provide clear direction for your vision; our engineers will guide and assist throughout the session.

  • Revision rounds are included per your package; additional changes may require extra fees.

6. Guests & Visitors

  • Only approved guests are allowed during sessions.

  • The studio reserves the right to limit or deny additional visitors for safety and efficiency.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Your project and materials are kept confidential.

  • We respect your privacy and will not share recordings, stems, or project files without your permission.

8. Safety & Emergencies

  • Follow all posted safety guidelines in the studio.

  • In case of emergencies, follow the instructions of the studio staff immediately.

9. Liability

  • PixelsProd LLC is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by late arrivals, technical issues outside our control, or client-side problems.

10. Acceptance

By entering PixelsProd LLC, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in termination of the session or refusal of service.
