PixelsProd LLC provides music production services and digital products such as beats, MIDI kits, stems, and mastered tracks. This Digital Delivery Policy explains how your purchased content is delivered and what to expect.

1. Delivery Method

  • All digital products and services are delivered via download links sent to your email or through your PixelsProd account.

  • Files are typically provided in standard formats, including WAV, MP3, and stems, unless otherwise specified in your package.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Pre-made products (MIDI kits, samples, beats) are available immediately after purchase.

  • Custom services (recording, mixing, mastering, full production) are delivered according to the agreed schedule:

    • $600 Essential Record Pack: 5–7 business days

    • $1000 Signature Sound Suite: 7–10 business days

  • Rush options may be available upon request.

3. Access and Downloads

  • Download links will remain active for a limited time (usually 30 days) after delivery.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to download and back up their files promptly.

4. Technical Issues

  • If you experience problems downloading your files (corruption, broken link, or incomplete files), please contact our support team immediately at:

  • We will provide replacement links or resend your files to ensure successful delivery.

5. Restrictions

  • Purchased files are for personal or licensed use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of digital products without proper licensing is prohibited.

  • Exclusive licenses grant full ownership rights according to the licensing agreement; non-exclusive licenses allow limited usage as defined in the agreement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • All digital downloads (MIDI kits, samples, beats) are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Custom projects may not be refunded once work begins, but revisions are included in each package to ensure satisfaction.
